Annandale Storyman 2nd Edition Blended Scotch Whisky

Besonderheiten: Diese zweite Edition des Storyman Blended Scotch Whiskys entstand in Zusammenarbeit zwischen der renommierten Annandale Distillery und dem schottischen Schauspieler James Cosmo, bekannt aus "Game of Thrones". Der Whisky vereint die ungetorften Man O' Words und die getorften Man O' Swords Single Malts der Brennerei und reifte in einer Mischung aus frischen und wiederverwendeten Ex-Bourbon- sowie Ex-Burgunder STR-Fässern. Abgefüllt wurde er mit 46% Vol. ohne Kühlfiltrierung und ohne Zugabe von Farbstoffen.

Tasting Notes:

  • Nase: Aromen von cremigem Toffee und Karamell, begleitet von Vanille und einem Hauch schwarzen Pfeffers. Ein zarter Anklang von Torfrauch schwingt im Hintergrund mit.
  • Gaumen: Fruchtige Noten von Birne und Aprikose verbinden sich mit cremiger Vanille und einem sanften Hauch von Rauch.
  • Abgang: Ein mittellanger Abgang mit Anklängen von Apfelschale und Haferkeksen.

Destillerie/Abfüller: Die Annandale Distillery, gegründet 1836, wurde 2014 wiedereröffnet und produziert seitdem preisgekrönte Single Malts. Die Storyman-Serie ist eine Hommage an die schottische Geschichte und Literatur, inspiriert von Persönlichkeiten wie Robert Burns und Robert the Bruce.

Excellent quality. Sturdy and strong. The screws that come with it are awful. Get yourself some different ones. Takes a while to set it up and get it all measured. I did it while I was setting up my new Flexi-spot E7 Plus standing desk. Wanted to get it all done at the same time. At first. I thought it might be overkill, but I am sooooo glad I did get this. Now my computer moves along with the desk. It looks great. I bet it has improved the air flow around my computer as well. Looks sleek and cool. I might have set it a bit too tight around my case and as a result I have to shimmy it to get it out of the holder if I have to do any work on the computers internals. But at least I know it's secure. My suggestion would be to leave a little bit of slack to avoid this in your setup. Maybe like a 1/4 inch would be ok. The pads should hold it in place anyway. May loosen mine up if I find the time. But it feels totally secure on the desk with no wobble or shaking. Great product. Also I'm a woman in my late fifties 😃and I was able to set it all up on my own. So don't be intimidated ladies, you can do it too. I also bought two of the ultimate set up cable management trays. Great products. Note for anyone from the Ultimate Setup company who might read this. Please provide better quality wood screws and some extra ones) I stripped three of the cheap ones that came with this. And it took forever to drill them in because they weren't strong enough. Then it would be perfect.

Take your time installing! It comes with all the instructions and templates. Make sure you’re screwing this into solid wood. I would not recommend you hang your expensive PC from a particle board table. My Pc fits in well and it’s compatible with a ton of different sizes. Mine has been mounted under my desk for about 6 months and is rock solid. I will say, mine is balancing in there. If I don’t have it at its center of gravity, it could tip out. You can adjust it with the various screw holes but make sure you mount it into something solid.
