Eigenschaften - Zusatzisolator "Metallklemme" :

  • 50 Zusatzisolatoren - Isolatoren für Metallpfähle, Federstahlpfähle, Weidezaunpfähle
  • ermöglicht sichere Führung und schnelles Einlegen vom Leitermaterial
  • Zusatzisolator an Ø 7-8mm Klemmung mit ca. 4,5cm Abstand zum Weidezaunpfahl
  • aus Polyethylen: wetterfest, UV-beständig und schlagzäh hergestellt in Deutschland

Material - Zusatzisolator "Metallklemme" :

Das Thermoplast Polyethylen ist mit fast 1/3 Marktanteil das häufigste Material für Kunststoffprodukte. Thermoplaste sind die Kunststoffe, die sich bei bestimmten Temperaturen verformen lassen. Polyethylen (PE) ist chemisch beständig gegenüber Säuren, Ölen und Fetten und hat gute elektrische Isoliereigenschaften. Das Material hat eine hohe Dehnbarkeit und Kälteschlagfestigkeit und lässt das Spritzgussverfahren zu. PE ist brennbar und von Hause aus nicht witterungsbeständig, weshalb bei Isolatoren UV-Absorber beigemischt werden. Neben Weidezaunisolatoren werden zum Beispiel auch Weidezaunbänder, Litzen und Seile aus Polyethylen gefertigt.
