Die Lysmata wurdemanni ist eine nützliche und zugleich attraktive Garnele, die in vielen Meerwasseraquarien zur biologischen Bekämpfung von Aiptasien (Glasrosen) eingesetzt wird. Sie ist friedlich, reefsafe und auch optisch ein Gewinn für jedes Riffbecken.

Eigenschaften:

  • Frisst Aiptasien: Unterstützt die Kontrolle von Glasrosen auf natürliche Weise

  • Reefsafe: Verträglich mit Korallen und den meisten Fischen und Wirbellosen

  • Sozial: Hält sich oft in kleinen Gruppen auf

  • Attraktiv: Durchsichtiger bis rötlich-brauner Körper mit feinen, weißen Streifen

  • Größe: Meist 4–6 cm Körperlänge

Haltungsbedingungen:

  • Geeignet ab ca. 50 Liter Aquarienvolumen
