Mit dem Lachsbrett für Ihre Feuerschale gelingt jeder Lachs am gemütlichen offenen Feuer und wird auch den höchsten Ansprüchen an ein perfekt durchgegartes und saftiges Filet gerecht. Befestigen Sie einfach den Fisch auf dem Edelstahlbrett und stecken Sie dieses in die Halterung an Ihrer Feuerschale oder Grill. Schon kann es los gehen mit dem Grillen!

Ein 3.000 Gramm Lachsfilet kann ohne Probleme auf unserem Flammlachs-Brett zubereitet werden - immerhin ist es 50 x 15 cm groß! Der fertige Flammlachs kann direkt auf dem Flammlachsbrett serviert werden. Das Brett kann auf jedem Grill mit einer Wandstärke von max. 5 mm genutzt werden und biete eine einstellbare Neigung zum Feuer durch 5 verstellbare Stufen. Somit ist eine Drehung um 180 Grad möglich und ein gleichmäßiges Garen wird ermöglicht.

Bestehend aus hochwertigem Edelstahl ist das Brett widerstandsfähiger gegen Bakterien und unangenehme Fischgerüche. Eine Verformung durch Überhitzung des Brettes wird dank des Edelstahls verhindert und auch die Reinigung und Pflege wird vereinfacht.
