Es ist aus der Forschung und Entwicklung des Mulino Caputo hervorgegangen, um Alveolen und duftenden Gesimsen Leben einzuhauchen.
Eine sorgfältige Auswahl der Rohstoffe sichert das Volumen und die Weichheit des Teigs dank der hohen Fermentationskapazität, die natürlich in den Körnern vorhanden ist.
