Reinigung

Einfach mit einem feuchten Tuch abwischen oder kurz unter kaltem Wasser reinigen. Kein heißes Wasser verwenden, denn dadurch gerinnen die Inhaltsstoffe von Mehl und verkleben die Oberfläche und Poren des Holzes. Um ein Verziehen des Brettes zu verhindern, das Backbrett nicht dauerhaft feucht halten und so kurz als möglich unter Wasser reinigen. Danach beide Seiten gleichmäßig abtrocknenund am besten stehend oder steil angelehnt trocknen lassen.
