Die TWIN kombiniert unseren Klassiker, die STANDARD Faszienrolle, und den DUOBALL 12 Faszienball. Durch die Aussparung in der Mitte ist die TWIN vor allem für die Anwendung am Rücken geeignet, da die Wirbelsäule beim Rollen ausgespart wird. Im Vergleich zu unserem DUOBALL sind die Auflagefläche links und rechts allerdings breiter. Die Faszienmassage links und rechts der Wirbelsäule erfolgt also flächiger und weniger punktuell. Zudem wird durch die Verwringung des Materials im Mittel-Steg der TWIN die Haut und das Gewebe, vor allem bei der Anwendung an Beinen und Armen, stimuliert.

I really love Nedra Glover Tawwab's work. I started with "Set Boundaries, Find Peace" and that opened the gateway to a broader and more helpful healing journey for me.
