Das Fiberlogy FIBERFLEX lässt sich ebenso einfach drucken wie gewöhnliches TPU Filament. Die Besonderheit ist eine matte, edle Oberfläche des gedruckten Bauteiles in Verbund mit der Möglichkeit, dieses TPU mit bis zu 60mm/s drucken zu können.
FIBERFLEX wird insbesondere dort verwendet, wo wenig Glanz gewünscht ist. Die matte Oberfläche verringert zusätzlich die Sichtbarkeit der einzelnen Schichten.
Die hohe Flexibilität, hohe Schlagzähigkeit, hohe Dehnungsfähigkeit sowie die Beständigkeit gegen Chemikalien sowie Öle, macht dieses Filament ideal im Bereich der Industrie und im Haushalt.

Wie wird MATTFLEX 40D am besten gedruckt?
- Wir haben das MATTFLEX 40D auf unseren Druckern mit 220°C mit sehr schönen Ergebnissen drucken können
- Für Bowden-Extruder empfehlen wir den Rückzug zu deaktivieren
- Die Bauteilkühlung haben wir auf 60% ab der dritten Schicht eingestellt
- Druckbetthaftung: Die besten Ergebnisse erzielst Du mit der PRINPLATE ROUGH / BASIC / PRO oder EXTREME mit folgenden Einstellungen:
- Druckbett gelevelt mit einer 0,05mm Einstellfolie
- Höhe erster Layer = 0,20mm
- Linienbreite erster Layer = 120%
- Druckgeschwindigkeit erster Layer = 15mm/s
- Druckbetttemperatur = 50°C
Drucke den ersten Layer lieber etwas zu langsam, als zu schnell. So gibst Du dem Filament mehr Zeit sich in den Poren der Druckplatte "festzukrallen".

Season Well and It Still Might Not Work
Humidor was seasoned, per the instructions (and more). Yet it will not keep humidity above 60%. It appears the seal/gap is to wide because of the hinge placement. They need to be recessed a bit to create a tighter seal. I have 15 cigars in this box, plus a Boveda 69% 60gram package. Max humidity is 60%.

Impressive Gift

We had another humidor that didn’t have a humidity gauge. Found out that even in high humidity Houston we were not storing our cigars at a high enough humidity. This is a very well-made, sturdy humidor. (Our old one pales in comparison and I thought it was nice!) You open it up and the smell often the wood is just lovely. We often buy Cubans while abroad, and go a long time in between using them. We are not going to take a chance with them now. We will only use this. Perfect for a gift for your cigar aficionado. I think this box is a good value for the money and you will preserve your cigars much better with a digital readout.

That the unit is not air tight as stated!
