Drei Liter des Flaggschiffs — Duemanis reinsortiger Cabernet Franc im Doppelmagnum. Ein Format fuer Sammler und fuer den grossen Tisch, das diesem biodynamischen Spitzenwein aus Riparbella ein Reifepotenzial von Jahrzehnten verleiht.

Der 2020er zeigt Cabernet Franc in seiner kraftvollen, konzentrierten Spielart: volle Reife aus einem warmen Jahrgang, aber die kuehlen Meeresbrisen der etruskischen Kueste und die biodynamische Bewirtschaftung bewahren eine ueberraschende Eleganz. Im Doppelmagnum wird sich dieser Wein ueber zwanzig Jahre und mehr entwickeln koennen.

Tiefes Rubinrot, in der Nase Cassis, Graphit, Lavendel und ein Hauch Eukalyptus. Am Gaumen dicht und strukturiert, mit engmaschigen Tanninen und einem langen, mineralischen Abgang. Fuer die seltene fruehe Oeffnung mindestens vier Stunden dekantieren — ansonsten geduldig sein und in zehn bis fuenfzehn Jahren zu einem grossen Essen servieren.
