Die Sequenzen, die von Power Yoga Germany entwickelt wurden, basieren auf langjähriger Unterrichtserfahrung. Sie wurden in YOGA AKTUELL als Serie veröffentlicht (Heft 82-87) und sind nun im Creative Sequencing Poster-Set gesammelt erhältlich.Die Asana-Reihen inspirieren und geben Orientierung. Gleichzeitig lassen sie genug Spielraum für individuelle Variationen und eine ganz persönliche Yogapraxis, die den eigenen Bedürfnissen angepasst wird.
Auf dem Poster Creative Sequencing 1-3 sind drei verschiedene Sequenzen abgebildet:
- Sequenz 1: Aufwärmen
- Sequenz 2: Hüftöffner & offene Positionen
- Sequenz 3: Neutrale Positionen & Drehungen
- Sequenz 4: Umkehrhaltungen
- Sequenz 5: Rückwärtsbeugen
- Sequenz 6: Vorwärtsbeugen
