Tread — Selection
Polyurethane MDI — High-quality MDI polyurethane, abrasion-resistant, oil-resistant, and with good damping properties. Economical choice for medium to high loads. Hardness approx. 92 Shore A. Temperature -20°C to +80°C.
Vulkollan® — Premium elastomer from Covestro, highest load capacity with elastic running, extremely abrasion-resistant, capable of continuous load. Hardness approx. 92 Shore A. Temperature -20°C to +80°C.
Core Material: Stainless Steel 1.4301 (V2A)
Corrosion-resistant austenitic stainless steel 1.4301 (V2A). For damp environments, clean rooms, food industry, pharmaceutical industry, and outdoor use without additional coating.
Typical Applications
Driven axles in food production, pharmaceutical and cleanroom logistics, FTS/AGV drives in damp or cleanroom-compatible environments, stainless steel gantry cranes.

These wheels are custom-made from stainless steel. Delivery and price upon request. Special diameters, different axle bore tolerances, and V4A (1.4571, acid-resistant) available upon request.
