The rods are CNC machined and anodized black, then laser engraved. The kit comes complete with everything needed for installation. Assault Industries heavy duty tie rods are a direct bolt-on OEM replacement and do not require any modification to install. Don't get stranded out in the middle of nowhere! Long Travel +4-8" Tie Rods
The long travel tie rods are designed to be used to compliment HCR Long Travel kit for Honda Talon and serves as an alternative to using the extension supplied with the HCR long travel kit. The smaller diameter 7000 series aluminum is lighter but also should not make contact with suspension components such as A-Arms and Sway Bar links at the extremes of suspension travel and articulation. The inner Ball joints helps maintain OE suspension geometry characteristics to limit bump steer. The kit will help you to configure a Talon R to +4" or Talon X to +8".
The OEM inner ball-joint rod ends must be used to install this kit.
