Deep dark ruby red colour in the glass. Black berry fruits, spice and underlying cola notes. Rich and ripe flavours of blackberry and dark cherry, flowing through restrained hints of French oak. The finish is long, with soft tannins and undertones of spice.

Perched between the Tasman Sea and Pacific Ocean, the land is one of humbling extremes. This distinctive range of wines is skilfully crafted to embody the wild grace intrinsic to this land.

After 15 days on skins, our Pinot Noir grapes have produced this stunning, dark ruby-red wine. Following 5 days of cold soaking under close attention from our winemakers, we fermented in 100% French barrels at a peak of 32 degrees to extract maximum colour and enhance tannin profile in the palate.
