This single cask, made from 75% rye and 25% malted rye, embodies the classic flavor profile of Maryland rye whiskey: complex, with balanced sweetness and spice. Aged for 4 years in a 53-gallon barrel, it is grassy with notes of dried lemon on the nose. The palate is hearty and full-bodied, with hints of warm rye spice, rich old oak, and leatherbound books. Savory and flinty.
