Ingredients: Lactotripeptides, capsule shell: gelatin, rice bran, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, calcium salts of fatty acids. Contains milk.
How to use: One capsule daily with water. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet.
