The frame is zinc plated for corrosion resistance and uses a thick 6mm baseplate with welded forks to reduce flexing under heavier loads. The directional lock lets you lock the swivel to one travel direction while the wheel continues to rotate, helping long-distance pushing and straight-line tracking; release it to return to full swivel movement. Maximum load is rated to 300kg, with a recommended working load of 200kg for day-to-day use.
