The HM-30 Three-in-One Lighted Hobby Magnifier (2x, 2x with 3x Spot, 3.5x) from Carson Optical is a unique system that can be of great value for hobbyists, photographers or anyone who needs a multi-use lighted base magnifier. The three included lenses are easily interchanged with the press of a button. Or, by using the adjustable neck strap, it can be used as a hands-free viewer. In addition, if you remove the lens, it can also be used as a simple and effective book light.
The LED light is supplied via 3 AAA batteries (sold separately). The light is clear and bright and is a wonderful addition to any photo studio, hobby center or lab. The flexibility of this system is limitless since it can be used as a desk unit or around your neck.
The acrylic lenses are bright and generate clear images. The 2x lens also has a 3x spot lens for added magnification when you want to see even smaller details.
