In the big family of oregano, this shelled Egyptian marjoram does not contain carvacrol.

Sweet Marjoram essential oil is known for its calming properties. It is usually used to help relieve stress and diluted in carrier oil for massage after work out and athletic, to soothe tense muscles. In aromatherapy formulas, Marjoram essential oil is often blended in sleep mate oil.

It should be noted that, due to the sedative effect of marjoram, it needs to be used at a low concentration and should not be used too frequently. Avoid use during pregnancy for patients with low blood pressure, depression, and depression. Children must have a doctor's prescription for use.

Usage

For local use, concentration ≤5%

For full body use, concentration ≤2%

For aromatic diffuse, 1-15 drops/use,  1-2 times/day

How to blend the oil concentration

5ml carrier oil + 1 drop of single essential oil = 1% concentration

5ml carrier oil + 2 drops of single essential oil = 2% concentration
