• Our team will check unboxing video for above mentioned damages. On confirming the damage, we will request for return of product. The customer has to ship the product back to us.
• After receiving the product, our team will physically check the damage. Once our team approves the damage, we will provide credit note for the customer. (These process will approximately take 15 days).
