The Human (TPK1) Thiamin Pyrophosphokinase 1 ELISA Kit measures Thiamin Pyrophosphokinase 1 in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human TPK1 antibody. TPK1 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human TPK1 Antibody is added and binds to TPK1 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated TPK1 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human TPK1. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Okay, let me start by saying I am a huge skeptic. I need to research things to the nine's and read legit reviews before I buy anything new.
I have had cavities from a very young age and receeding gumlines all my life. At age 50, I have gone all natural, got rid of everything toxic, and got really healthy. I have been listening to Dr. HUBERMAN podcast on you tube and found one he did on oral health. He gets very detailed about how to heal your oral health. He spoke specifically about hydroxyapetite and xylitol and their benefits.
I then started searching for mouthwashes with these ingredients because i am seriously concerned my teeth are going to fall out from these receeding gums. I have been told all my life there was nothing you can do. I knew in my gut that was a lie. I knew there had to be a way to heal our mouths naturally.
Then found BOKA. I got them. I tried them. I lOVE THEM! They are perfect! They are minty fresh, easy to use, makes my mouth feel clean and if they actually do heal my mouth....then awesome sauce!
I read all the reviews. I see the after taste. But, i think its a personal choice. I like the after taste. It tastes and feels like a clean mouth.
I feel the tinglyness. Yes. But I believe from my health and science background it is the mint, aloe, probiotics and everything else stimulating the skin and blood to start the regeneration of skin and mineral. Im happy to report back again in a month or so with outcome plus before and after photos👍🏽

A Fluoride‑Free Toothpaste the Whole Family Honestly Loves

We’ve been using Boka Fluoride Free Toothpaste with Nano‑Hydroxyapatite for a while now, and it has easily become a staple in our household. Finding a toothpaste that is both clean and effective and something my daughter actually enjoys using has always been a challenge, but this one truly checks every box.
First, the flavors deserve special mention. We’ve tried Orange Cream and Watermelon Mint, and my daughter absolutely loves both. Toddler Approved!

I never thought I’d describe toothpaste as “fun,” but here we are... I bought this Boka strawberry mango flavor for my toddler — I figured he would enjoy this over a mint flavor because what kid enjoys a harsh, burning feeling? It smells fruity and tastes like a smoothie. We are still practicing brushing but this toothpaste helps encourage the importance of daily teeth maintenance. Also, I love that it’s fluoride-free and I am not worried if it's swallowed. It is pricier than I would prefer, but it has lasted so long that I've came to terms that it's worth the cost.
