- A Majority of people use Brahmi powder for healthy hair. It supports hair growth and shine, making it appear healthier. The benefits of Brahmi are not limited to Hair only. Brahmi is known to rejuvenate the mind and support enhanced memory, concentration, and quality of consciousness.
Brahmi Powder as a Food:
- Can be taken with Hot or Cold Water. However, Experts recommends to take it with Ghee or Milk, Whichever is suitable.
Brahmi Powder for Hair:
- Mix Brahmi Powder with Water to make fine paste. You can also mix Brahmi for hair with other herbs like amla, tulsi or neem. It is advisable to use such herbs and oil while preparing your hair remedy using Brahmi powder for hair growth since Brahmi alone may not be able to properly cling to the hair. Adding such oils and herbs makes the paste easier to use. Just apply the paste to your hair and let it stay for 45 to 50 minutes. You can then rinse it off with lukewarm water.

This blanket is unbelievably soft and fluffy — one of the softest throws I’ve bought from Amazon. It feels very cozy and keeps you surprisingly warm without being overly heavy. Perfect for curling up on the couch or adding extra comfort to a bed.
My only small issue was the color. The “sage green” looked much more like a cream or very light neutral in person, so I’m not sure if I received the wrong color. I ended up keeping it anyway because the softness and quality were so good.
