使用啤酒釀造常見的啤酒花製作的手工清酒。
本次與UNITED ARROWS聯名推出的「花風」，以白麴為主體釀造。不同於一般使用三種啤酒花的版本，此款為了配合酸度，特別使用五種啤酒花。
酒體略帶微濁，香氣呈現草本調性，帶有蘆薈、粉紅葡萄柚般的柑橘感，以及青草般清新氣息。入口帶有細緻氣泡感，白麴帶來鮮明酸度，與柔和的米旨味在口中擴散。雖帶有些許乳感，但因酸度清晰，收尾依然清爽俐落。
與一般花風風格不同，也非常適合邊飲用邊比較。建議冰鎮後暢飲，清爽感十足。
