穀良都始於明治時期，曾與山田穗和龜之尾並列為優秀的米種。後因稻穗較其他品種要高，收成數量卻很少，終在昭和期間漸漸被淘汰。平成的時候曾短暫復活過，卻又因同樣的原因再度被農家疏遠。渡辺酒造為了防止穀良都再次完全被世人遺忘，特意使用這款米種來釀酒。青竹般的天然香氣讓人平靜下來，米的旨味和酸味岀眾，後味清爽。

Great for vitamin D levels

Easy to swallow, small size. Decent taste. Wonderful quality. Vitamin D needs fats for the body to help absorb it and this product has that. I used this when raising my vitamin D levels. Ingredients are clean and it's not hard on my stomach.
