Precision-engineered for the 5.7L Hemi V8 (Classic models) from 2012 to 2023, these headers are designed to significantly increase exhaust flow and engine efficiency. Featuring large 1⅞" primary pipes, this system is ideal for unlocking the true power and torque potential of the Hemi engine, whether for towing, daily driving, or performance applications.

This product offers the following high-performance features:
- Tuned Header Design: Optimized to maximize scavenging and improve low-to-mid range torque for the 5.7L V8.
- High-Flow Construction: Large 1⅞" (48mm) primary pipes leading to a massive 3" (76mm) outlet.
- Full Installation Kit: Includes four (4) Oxygen Sensor Wiring Loom Extensions (PEX2662) required for the DS RAM platform.
- Compatibility: Fits 1500 Laramie, Express, and Limited variants, including HSV/ASV remanufactured and many RHD conversions.

Important Notes:
- Oil Filter Fitment: These headers will NOT fit some 2016-2020 DS models where the oil filter was relocated by HSV/ASV, unless the oil filter assembly is moved to the lower front rail. Please inspect your oil filter location before ordering.
- Catalytic Converters: These headers require aftermarket high-flow cats. Pacemaker Hi-Flow Cats and full performance exhaust systems are available separately.
- Tuning: Pacemaker recommends a professional vehicle tune after fitting headers and cats to optimize performance and engine safety.
