- Mobile heated transport cabinet designed for holding and moving hot food safely.
- Bottom-mounted removable convection heater with blower delivers even heat throughout the cabinet.
- Preheats to 160°F in about 25 minutes and can hold food up to 200°F.
- Universal adjustable tray slides on 1.75-inch centers fit 18 x 26 sheet pans, 12 x 20 pans, and more.
