The Human (SYNGR3) Synaptogyrin 3 ELISA Kit measures Synaptogyrin 3 in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human SYNGR3 antibody. SYNGR3 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human SYNGR3 Antibody is added and binds to SYNGR3 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated SYNGR3 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human SYNGR3. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Full disclosure: I’m super fair and have to reapply every 30-60 minutes, even without getting wet. So maybe it’s not meant for people with as pale a complexion as me. Or I have to constantly reapply, or put the lotion underneath. But otherwise I really liked it and really like Coola products.
