Made from 50% recycled 3-layer HDPE and fully recyclable, these eco-friendly air cushion packaging products are a responsible choice for businesses that want to reduce their environmental impact. They feature a fun design as a nice addition for the customer, whilst encouraging them to recycle the product after use.
Each cushion is easily inflated with our air inflation machine and features an easy-tear line for quick handling and high-quality void filling to keep fragile items secure during transport.
When compared to traditional bubble wrap, this packaging saves up to 13 times the storage space which is perfect if you’re operating a warehouse with limited room. It’s available in a range of sizes including:
- Air Filler: 200mm × 150mm × 400m – ideal for small, delicate items and filling voids
- Air Wrapper 400mm × 190mm × 280m – perfect for medium-sized parcels
- Air Wrapper 600mm × 320mm × 250m – suitable for larger items or multiple products
