洗:
用細篩網清洗乾淨
煮:
1、在滾水中煮沸約15分鐘左右，令其膨脹、變透明後即可食用，此時口感略有彈性。
2、如需鬆軟些，需延長時間約25-30分鐘。

藜麥＋白米一起煮的比例就是1/2杯藜麥＋1/2杯白米＋1杯水

They are very nice quality, but the 3ml are a little tight on the vial. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but something to note. The 10ml are a little lose on 10ml, but work great on 30ml hospira bac water
