ACT spring retainers utilize wraparound spring windows and thicker retainer stampings to provide spring support, reduce stress concentrations, and increase strength and reliability. Good supplement, wish it came with a scoop. Sometimes there might be a “chunk” that doesn’t dissolve so you get to chew something with your drink, it happens rarely but does happen. Took a while but feel regular and easy to take if you do protein shakes everyday. No taste and mixes well.
