Time for a New Belt

The KRX 1000 is a tough machine, but it’s not invincible. It’s only a matter of time before you feel your power chug and you get that telltale burning rubber smell. That means it’s time to replace and upgrade your belt to an Extreme Badass, World’s Best, or Mud Monster Heavy-Duty CVT Drive Belt. Your Kawasaki Teryx KRX 1000 will thank you for the longer-lasting CVT belt, cooler rides, and smooth engagement.

All our belts:

  • Are made with aramid fiber cord
  • Experience less fraying than OEM
  • Offer higher power transfer through the clutch

World’s Best Belt

World’s Best Belt is the hardest working belt on the market whether that means flooring it on the trail or pulling through muck. The advanced aramid fiber cord is designed for a high shock-load rating. Its superior compound is designed to retain cord rigidity for better grip, less slippage, and a longer life when you push your Teryx KRX 1000 to its limit. You can count on smooth engagement and superior heat dissipation for thousands of miles.
What does that do for you? If you’re looking for a high-performance belt that gives you the absolute best operation no matter where or how you ride, this one’s for you.

Extreme Badass

Extreme Badass Belts are designed for exactly what it sounds like—big, badass machines. They grip your clutch hard when you’re pushing tons of torque with huge tires. If you go low and slow through deep mud and rocks, this is the belt for you. This belt can get squeezed and pulled hard without fraying or breaking thanks to our XC Technology, which features knife-cut aramid fiber cord. And it’s built with a high-strength rubber compound that disperses heat better than standard ball-ground belts!
So keep the pedal down, and give it all you’ve got.

Mud Monster

Don’t even think about taking on mud unless you have a belt that’s up for the challenge. That’s where the Mud Monster Belt comes into play. It’s thicker than your average drive belt and delivers the instant gripping you need to chew through most gnarly mud pits. An aramid fiber cord eliminates stretching, which makes this belt last even longer.
With less slippage and more tuning possibilities, you’ll wonder how you ever tackled mud without a Mud Monster.

Note: Mud Monster belts are designed for extreme grip and build heat quickly over 35 MPH.

These were my new "Go To" jeans, not so much after a wearing for a year
Size: 35W x 32L, Color: Antique Indigo, Size: 35W x 32L, Color: Antique Indigo
Love 'em already after only one day of wearing them. I am a 7 days a week, jeans wearing kind of guy pretty much. Office job and recreation. I got scared away from my usual beloved ***tco jeans because of the bad reviews on their site for their now "Made in China" 12.99 jeans which used to be made in Mexico. So off to Amazon to shop for my first Amazon clothes purchase. Found these Antique Indigo Wrangler jeans for just under double the warehouse price. Advantage was they had the exact size I wanted (35Wx32L) vs settling for either 34W or 36W at the warehouse. The waist size was exact. I measured the waist by folding the waist in half and measuring with a tape measure. 17.5 inches exactly (17.5" X 2 = 35"). Didn't measure the length. Color seems to be a tad darker than the Antique Indigo pictured on the website. To me they seem to be in between the Antique Indigo and Antique Navy in color, but that is just my opinion. I guess it could be monitor differences. Doesn't matter to me. Not sure it matters to anyone (it doesn't to me) but I decided to weigh these and compare them to my very worn 34x32 warehouse jeans. These were exactly 30ounces. The warehouse jeans were 27 ounces. These are Made in Mexico of US materials as stated on the tag. These will be my new go to jeans, even at double my usual price, until ***tco goes back to the old Mexican manufacturer. Yes, this is my real opinion not influenced by free or reduced price product for providing a review. Update March 21, 2017: So, here it is a year later. How do they measure up now? I have changed my review from 5 to 3 stars for the following reasons: 1. Weak patch (1/2 star deduction) - The Wrangler "patch" on the back has either ripped or started "peeling" off on two of three pairs purchased. Not that big of a deal as I just remove it completely when it starts hanging. The patch is made of some leatherish paper is the way I would describe it. Doesn't really seem to be cloth and certainly isn't leather. Would be nice and longer lasting if it was real leather. 2. Manufacturing variation (1/2 star deduction) - One pair of the three is maybe one inch shorter than the others. The length of two pairs is the same and long enough to lay on my shoes with a bit to spare. The other pair just barely makes it to my shoes. Not a deal breaker but I am conscious of that pair being shorter when I wear them. 3. Short pocket flaps (1 star deduction) - Not sure how to describe this. The part of the denim that enters the pocket and to which the white pocket material is sewn to, doesn't go deep enough into the pocket. The result is that this part partially pulls out of the pocket (or almost so), making the white pocket material marginally visible. I am very frequently aware of my pocket whites being displayed to the world and am frequently tucking them or pushing them back in. This is the worst aspect of these jeans for me. This might just be an aspect of the way these jeans fit on my body shape. If this denim part that enters into the pocket were just 1/2" or 1" deeper into the pocket, this would not be a problem. So far the durability of the jeans is great, other than the Wrangler patch. They don't really have to survive much in my day-to-day use of them, as I work in an office setting and don't wear a belt with my jeans, but they seem to be a match for the warehouse jeans I used to purchase. Would I buy again? To be honest, I would probably try another brand or maybe another style within the Wrangler family and only come back to these if I could not find anything better based on price and performance. These are okay jeans and I will continue to wear them to the end of their life.
