The Mouse SOCS2 (Suppressor of cytokine signaling 2) ELISA Kit measures SOCS2 in Mouse Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti SOCS2 antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with SOCS2 bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of SOCS2 in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

Like everything Camco, it's a very solid "okay"

Any time you run a 30-Amp extension cord, you create a voltage drop, which might cause problems with things like air conditioners. A high-quality, low-gauge extension cord will minimize this. The Camco cord is, in my opinion, just enough to make things work, but with no extra capacity. The price point reflects this, and the value-for-money is good. The connectors on the ends are both rather coarse, and required some very minor filing and some di-electric grease to make them easier to use. In its favor, the cord itself is flexible and easy to wrap and keep neat. At the end of the day, this product does what it's supposed to do, and is priced very reasonably.
