For decades young people have eagerly sought summer jobs in Glacier, where they can explore new heights, be paid to serve the multitude of visitors and, in so doing, gain priceless experience. Some of these employees left after just one season, but many returned to work for successive summers. Even after decades, none forgot the spectacular location or the special people they encountered, often describing it as Òthe best job I ever had.Ó
