Solutions for Issues:

Problem 1: "Add Water" indicator is on.
Possible Cause: Lack of water.
Solution: Stop ice maker, fill water and press button "Power" again to restart the unit.

Problem 2: "Ice" indicator is on.
Possible Cause: Ice is full on basket.
Solution: Remove ice from basket. Continuous press button "Select" 5s, the unit can make ice 10 cycles even "Ice" indicator is on.

Problem 3: Ice cubes stick together.
Possible Cauce ①：Ice making cycle is too long
Solution: Stop ice maker and restart it when ice blocks melt. Select small size to operate.
Possible Cauce ②：Water temperature in inner tank is too low.
Solution: Replace water. 45℉-90℉ is recommended to water temperature.

Problem 4: Ice making cycle is normal but no ice formed.
Possible Cauce ①：Room temperature or water temperature in inner tank is too high.
Solution: Recommended room temperature 50℉-105℉, recommended water temperature 45℉-90℉.
Possible Cauce ②：Refrigerant in cooling system leaks.
