series ran for 33 issues. It certainly had one of the best line ups of characters in
comics. And was aptly named.
This book was compiled with the best images currently available. That stated, these
comics are seventy years old. The best efforts have been made to make the pages
as enjoyable as possible but not every panel is perfect and some allowances for the
age of the books need to be considered when judging the overall contents.
Volume Two collects issues 5 through 8. Retro Comic Reprints uses the best source
materials we can find. Even after going through an exhaustive search process, the
only reproductions of Issue 7 we could find were from fiche rather than scans.
