This allows for effortless deployment in any hotel environment, either through a wired Power over Ethernet (PoE) connection to reduce cable clutter or wirelessly using the included power supply. The cordless DECT handset provides guests with the freedom to move around their room while on a call, enhancing their comfort and convenience.

The user interface is clear and intuitive, with essential functions like hands-free calling, mute, and hold readily available. A large, bright LED indicator ensures guests never miss a call or a waiting message. For ultimate flexibility, the system is expandable, allowing for up to five DECT handsets to be connected to a single base station. The phone also supports customizable faceplates, allowing hotels to add their branding and dialing instructions directly onto the device.

The HD351W is designed for easy, large-scale deployment and maintenance. It can be centrally managed through a web interface, SRAPS (Secure Redirection and Provisioning Service), or a voice menu. With support for WPA2 and WPA3 encryption, guest communications remain secure. The phone is also GDPR compliant by design, as it does not store personal data like dialed numbers.
