The Rabbit CDX2 (Caudal Type Homeobox Transcription Factor 2) ELISA immunoassay kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rabbit CDX2. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rabbit CDX2 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Rabbit CDX2, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Rabbit CDX2. You can calculate the concentration of Rabbit CDX2 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

Good Relief, But a Little Pricey

What I really like is how versatile it is. I’ve used it on flare-ups, random dry spots, and even my hands when they get irritated in the summer. It feels gentle but still effective, and I don’t need to use a ton for it to work. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the price. It’s a little on the higher side for the amount you get. I also find myself reapplying a bit more often than I’d like. But overall, it’s one of the better creams I’ve tried, and I’ll definitely keep using it.

Not good for eczema
This cream shouldn't be described as an eczema cream. Eczema is usually colonized by s. aureus bacteria, and you need a powerful anti-bacterial substance in your skin cream in order to combat it. Neem oil or manuka honey both have strong anti-bacterial effects, and I recommend getting a cream with one of those ingredients if you have eczema. This Puriya cream is helpful for moisturizing dry skin to prevent eczema. However, it won't help to stop eczema once you've got it. That said, customer service was very helpful and gave me a refund for the product after I complained.

Calm Cream for Redness
This naturally plant based eczema cream is really calming on my skin, and it feels lovely with no irritation from using it. The texture color was kinda new to me due to the color of how it looked when I opened it (you really can't tell it's cream),but It didn't bother me anymore after I started applying it on my skin and started smelling the loving aroma it had to it. So I will continue using this cream and hopefully through time it will fully clear up.
