아토르바스타틴을 투여전 및 투여중인 환자는 표준 콜레스테롤 저하식을 하여야 하며, 하루 중 아무 때나 음식물과 상관없이 투약할 수 있다.
1. 고지혈증
권장 초회 용량은 1일 1회 아트로바스타틴으로서 10 mg이나, 더 많은 LDL-콜레스테롤치 감소가 요구되는 환자의 경우 1일 1회 20 mg 또는 40 mg(45 % 이상의 LDL-콜레스테롤치 감소가 요구되는 경우에 한함.) 으로 시작할 수 있다. 이 약은 1일 1회 10 ~ 80 mg의 용량범위로 투여한다.
이 약의 초회용량 및 유지용량은 치료목표 및 반응 등을 고려하여 환자의 특성에 따라 개별화되어야 하며, 투여시작 및/혹은 용량적정 후, 2 ～ 4주안에 지질수치들을 분석하고, 이에 따라 용량을 조정해야 한다.
치료의 목표는 LDL-콜레스테롤치를 저하시키는 것이므로, 치료의 시작 및 치료반응 평가시 LDL-콜레스테롤치를 이용하는 것을 권장한다. 다만, LDL-콜레스테롤 수치를 이용할 수 없는 경우에는 치료반응을 모니터링하기 위해 총 콜레스테롤 수치를 사용한다.
동형접합 가족형 고콜레스테롤혈증 환자
이 약의 투여용량은 1일 1회 10 ~ 80 mg으로, 다른 지질저하 치료법(예, LDL apheresis)과 병행하거나, 이런 지질저하 치료법이 불가능한 경우에 이 약을 투여한다.
2. 이형접합 가족형 콜레스테롤혈증 소아환자(10 ~ 17세)
권장 초회용량은 이 약으로서 1일 10 mg이며, 권장 최대용량은 1일 20 mg이다(소아 환자군에서 이 약 20 mg보다 고용량을 투여한 임상자료는 없다.). 투여용량은 개개의 환자에서 권장되는 치료목표에 따라 적절히 증감한다. 용량은 4주 또는 그 이상의 간격을 두고 조절하여야 한다.
- 신장애 환자 :

- 고령자 :
70세 이상의 고령 환자군에 대한 유효성과 안전성은 보통 성인 환자군의 경우와 유사하다.

Woah, Shimmer!

I love cute little things like this with the spray bulb. They’re fun gifts. My daughter likes to shimmer sometimes. She kind of overdid it the first time. It does t take much to get a sparkly, fine shimmer. The photos are a bit exaggerated on the product page. You don’t have to “paint” your skin with it. It’s an easy application, and when used right really provides a nice accent. It’s light and has a quality look and feel.

So pretty!

This shimmer is beautiful! It applies smoothly and evenly and it sparkles absolutely beautifully. You can do one spritz for a very light coverage or a few to really glow! I love the applicator - makes me feel fancy. It was a little bit sticky at first but it dries quickly and isn't sticky after that. It's a really great product to brighten up your look. Highly recommend!

This is such a fun little product.

This is such a fun little product. The shimmer is really pretty and fine, not chunky or glittery in a bad way. It gives a nice glow without looking overdone. Super easy to apply and a little goes a long way. I’ve used it on my face and collarbones and it looks great in different lighting. For the price, I’m honestly impressed.

Glitter Puffs

*Poof* and then there was glitter. Boko Highlighter Powder Spray, Body Shimmer Spray for Glitter Highlighter Makeup makes it as easy as squeezing a bulb. The biggest part of the assembly of the product is to male sure you remove the plastic cap and the rubber tipped end. If you miss either the spray will seem to not work.
Once properly set up the powder spray bottle only takes a modest squeeze to dust the skin with instant glitter and glory. I love the look, the easy to use spray, and the bottle itself which has a simple but elegant feel to it!

Extremely fine shimmer- the air bulb works well for application- Even and controllable

This is a great way to apply a very fine sparkle. The shimmer is very very finely ground and it sprays out evenly with this air bulb. It does have a lid so there's no chance on it getting everywhere unless you leave the lid off. It also comes with a little plug in the hole so there's two mechanisms there to keep the glitter in the bottle when not in use it's very easy to use and apply and the spray pattern is very even.
I got the golden shimmer which looks great with a tan or if you have warmer undertones in your skin.
It doesn't require any sort of setter or glue + doesn't have any fragrance. It's a small bottle so it doesn't take up a lot of room.
