Factory Certified Refurbished Jura J90 One Touch Espresso Machine - Chrome
All Jura Certified Refurbished espresso machines are units that have been serviced directly at the North American Jura service facility. Each unit has a factory-serviced sticker on the bottom of it indicating that it was returned to Jura for any one of a variety of reasons ranging from buyer's remorse to an actual defect. In addition to any repairs, if even necessary, every factory reconditioned Jura machine receives a complete rebuild of the brew unit as well as having numerous seals and o-rings replaced throughout the hydraulic circuit, regardless of need. All machines that leave the North-American service facility are considered by Jura to perform "like new," though some very minor blemishes may be present, such as superficial scuffs or scratches which do not affect the overall appearance of the machine. Jura provides a full one-year warranty which guarantees that the factory will cover any warranty repair and shipping costs associated with that repair (to the lower contiguous 48 states) for the first year. Beware of other sellers offering refurbished units that were serviced in-house, as the manufacturer may not honor the warranty for an unauthorized product. These units all come with the J.L. Hufford 30 Day Satisfaction Policy.

No stiff neck-- just as promised!

Like most people I have tried all kinds of pillows to receive my stiff neck--to no avail. I decided to spend the extra money on this (since it was returnable) expecting it not to deliver, but in hopes that it would. I am happy to say the pillow provides great support, yet is fluffy and malleable. It looks a little flat out of the box, but give it an hour or so and it expands to full "fluff". The pillow is very comfortable, provides amazing support despite its soft, fluffy feel. Not being sculpted or rigid foam, it is easy to adjust and get the right support. Somehow it works! I have not had a stiff neck since I bought this. I did add about half the bag of extra material, but removed some because it was a little too much for me. The stuffing is clean, uniform and looks pristine. It comes with a beautiful pillow case that is thick and smooths out any "lumps" (which there aren't anyway because the filling is so soft and uniform.) I plan to order another one for our other home. Highly recommend.

You have to reposition to stay cool

It's okay...it isn't much better than other cooling pillows I have had. If I had known you can't wash this pillow, only the outside cover, I would not have paid so much. The cover is cool to touch but the heat from your head will penetrate the pillow and I am constantly having to turn it over. So it is ok but way overpriced.
