Neochilenia coimasensis is a small, globular cactus species native to the arid regions of central Chile. The cactus features distinct ribs lined with short, curved spines that range in color from white to brown. During the flowering season, it produces striking funnel-shaped blossoms, usually pink to magenta, which contrast beautifully with its muted body tones.
