Then the wort is subjected to spontaneous cold maceration lasting 10 days, followed by the addition of yeast. The fermentation process takes 1 month. The wine is aged for 24 months in barriques and in barrels of Slovenian oak. The potential of the wine is 10-15 years. 

Garnet red color. Intense aroma of jam and raspberry, mulberry and plums in alcohol, spicy of pepper, coriander and cinnamon. Complex on the palate, harmonic, winning, with an incredible roundness and sweet tannins.
