Is this Essential Double Pack Last Will and Testament DIY kit suitable for me?
There are circumstances in which one is not legally capable of completing a valid Will. Should any of the following be applicable to you, you should not complete your Will without obtaining independent legal advice:
- If you are under the age of 18 years.
- Should you suffer from a mental illness or be mentally unsound.
- If you are not permanently resident in England, Wales or Northern Ireland.
