Dầu mè là một loại dầu thực vật được dùng như là gia vị cho vào thêm khi chế biến các món ăn hoặc pha làm sốt trộn, chấm hay tẩm ướp, góp phần làm cho món ăn càng thêm thơm và đậm đà.
