A Different Kind Of Tension was the Buzzcocks' third studio album, recorded at Eden Studio in West London and originally released in September 1979. Re-mastered from the original tapes and with the artwork restored under the supervision of Malcolm Garrett (designer of the original sleeves) along with the addition of essays penned by Jon Savage and Clinton Heylin, the packaging is a wonder to behold. - It's conceivable that internal friction helped inspire the title of the third Buzzcocks longplayer, A Different Kind of Tension; the group would splinter shortly after the album's 1979 release. But they went out with a bang, marshaling one of their most diverse and exciting sets of songs under the guidance of producer Martin Rushent. The breakneck pace of their first recordings is well represented by such tracks as opener Paradise, though by the closing sound collage Radio Nine, chief songwriter Pete Shelley has managed to indulge his more experimental side as well - without ever abandoning the trademark Buzzcocks wit and emphasis on melody.

Squeaker Beware

Bought these for gifts. One dog was squeaking it constantly (beware your ears lol) and within about 15mins it no longer squeaked. It was a Bernedoodle so wasn’t destroying it, just happily making it squeak. It still works as a bouncy ball. But the squeaker definitely doesn’t last long depending on how much it’s used. Overall a cute concept providing plenty of entertainment. Definitely not a toy if you have an aggressive chewer unless monitoring play.

DOGS LOVE

My dogs love it! I buy as gifts too as it’s always appreciated. Easy squeak and fun to bounce with all the sides. My dogs chew until they crack & still squeak for a bit. When eventually squeak stops my dogs still return to it. They seem to love just for the air sounds. I personally appreciates that more than the squeak but what do I know? I’m not a dog.6

Great, but they don't last.

Our dog absolutely loves these things. However, they get punctured or form a crack on a seam with very little use. This time it only took a couple of hours of play. Once this happens, they no longer squeak. This may sound weird, but the heart shape seems worse for this defect.

My dog loves it - yours will, too
My little merle bulldog absolutely LOVES this toy! It is so cute to watch him play, chew, and toss it all around. We were worried he would chew through the material but so far that is not the case. This product is sturdy and can take a beating!

Great glitter body spray

So cute. Came with extra glitter, I’m assuming lipgloss you can make into glitter lipgloss, a funnel to help pour the glitter. Or re load your spray. The spray performance is nice. Might stick better with some oil before hand? But I like it so far. Worked 6 hours and still had glitter on me for my photoshoot. I sprayed perfume and then glitter. There’s no odor. The amount of quantity of glitter you get seems good for the price. Durability seems good so far but like I said may need some oil or lotion first to help it stick all day.
