Heavy-Duty Construction
Constructed with 14 gauge all-welded stainless steel for the front, sides, tray bed, and stub back, ensuring lasting durability and easy maintenance in a demanding commercial kitchen environment.
High-Efficiency Open Burners
Two easy-clean cast iron open burners each deliver 30,000 BTU, providing powerful and consistent heat for various cooking tasks. Includes 12" x 12" lift-off steel grates.
Integrated Manual Griddle
A 24-inch wide griddle features a 1-inch thick highly polished steel plate with manual controls, heated by one 24,000 BTU burner every 12 inches for even heat distribution.
Standard Oven Base
A conventional oven base with a removable stainless steel lining and a 30,000 BTU/hr burner. The oven thermostat adjusts from 150°F to 500°F for precise temperature control.
Chrome Plated Oven Rack
The oven is supplied with one chrome plated oven rack, designed with wires curled and welded around the main frame for durability and safety.
Quality Gas System
Features stainless steel gas tubing throughout and stainless steel pilot tips for reliable and safe operation. Includes a 3/4" gas regulator for proper gas flow.
Adjustable Legs
Equipped with 6-inch adjustable legs, allowing for proper leveling and height adjustment to suit your kitchen setup.
