- 3/4 in. thick high-density polyethylene (HDPE) work surface is reversible, knife-friendly, and NSF compliant.
- One-piece cutting board lifts out quickly—no tools required—for deep cleaning or replacement.
- 6 in. high Type 300 stainless steel backsplash (removable) protects walls and prevents product loss.
- 1 5/8 in. Ø 16-ga galvanized legs with 1 1/4 in. Ø adjustable tubular side & rear bracing for rock-solid stability.
- 1 1/2 in. square 18-ga galvanized apron; MIG-welded clips secure the top without exposed fasteners.

Care & Maintenance
Remove the poly board and wash with mild detergent; rinse and air-dry before reinserting. Wipe stainless backsplash and galvanized base with a non-chloride cleanser and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive pads or bleach to preserve the protective finish.
