The Numbers

Straight from the factory, the Ford Bronco Sport 2.0L boasts a rating of 250 horsepower. On our dyno, we recorded a maximum stock wheel horsepower output of 229 hp*. However, after integrating our TruControl by STILLEN Inline Power Module, the dynamometer revealed a significant increase, with a peak horsepower output of 245 horsepower at the wheels. Notably, the most substantial gains were observed towards the top end, with a boost of 15 wheel horsepower. This results in an overall enhancement of more than 20 horsepower at the flywheel across the RPM's. With 4wd drivetrain loss calculated, this translates to a total peak engine output of nearly 270 horsepower*.

In terms of torque increases, our TruControl truly excels. The stock dyno indicated a maximum torque of 309 ft lbs. Yet, with the TruControl by STILLEN Inline Power Module in place, our test Bronco Sport showcased a remarkable increase, delivering 340 ft. lbs of torque*. The most significant surge over stock figures occurred towards the mid range, with an additional 40 ft lbs recorded at the wheels!

With the engine on or with the key on, you can go through and [-/+] select which calibration you want to run at any point in time. You can use the Tuning: Pro App which also controls and resets all calibrations based on what you input in the application.
