Q: What's the difference between SGE 400/3 and SGE 400/3BB? A: The SGE 400/3 has a silicone face seal. The SGE 400/3BB has a butyl rubber face seal, which provides superior resistance to chemical warfare agents (nerve agents, mustard gas) and meets stricter CBRN requirements. The 400/3BB is also slightly lighter. If you need maximum chemical protection, consider the 400/3BB version in our NBC Protective Kit.
Q: Does this include a filter? A: Yes. One sealed NBC filter is included. We recommend stocking spare filters for extended use or multiple threats.
Q: What does the filter protect against? A: The included NBC filter protects against chemical warfare agents (sarin, mustard gas, VX), biological threats (bacteria, viruses, spores), radioactive particulates, industrial chemicals, tear gas (CS/CN), and toxic vapors.
Q: How long does the filter last? A: Sealed and stored properly, filters have approximately a 10-year shelf life. Once opened or exposed to contaminants, replace after use or per manufacturer guidance based on exposure level.
Q: Why does this mask have 3 filter ports? A: The left, right, and center ports let you position the filter where it's most comfortable and least obstructive. Shooters typically mount on the opposite side of their dominant eye for unobstructed rifle shouldering.
Q: Can I use other 40mm NATO filters with this mask? A: Yes. The SGE 400/3 accepts any 40mm NATO threaded filter (EN148-1 / DIN 3183), including the NBC-77 SOF and other CBRN filters.
Q: Is this mask reusable? A: Yes. The mask itself is designed for repeated use with proper maintenance. Filters should be replaced after exposure to contaminants.

Seems durable - but the scent is not the best

I don't know if I'd call the scent of this "bacon," more like rubber with a hint of bacon. It's very strong. I gave my dog one of the balls & put one in a cabinet where I keep his treats & a few other unrelated odds & ends. I now hold my breath when I open that cabinet b/c good lord, the smell. I'm tempted to just give that one to the dog too, just because it'll air out eventually & then everything else in that cabinet won't smell bad.
My dog feels so-so about it. He'll briefly chase after it & chew on it, but loses interest in it pretty fast. My rather hyperactive cat also plays with it from time to time, as he seems to have more interest in most dog toys than the dog these days, so there's that. (Then again, he thinks a wide variety of random items around the house are loads of fun to toss about, so it's possible his opinion is to be taken with a grain of salt. Between the brief periods of one of these balls being chewed on & clawed at, it's stayed completely intact. I think if you have a dog who simply likes to play fetch or chew on rubber balls in general, this one would stand up to the task. But if you're expecting it to be greeted with the enthusiasm as a bacon grease covered ball might be - I'd adjust your expectations.

My dogs favorite toy so far in two years

I use this with my medium sized dog. These are large for him but that's what I want so I don't ever have to think about them being too small or a swallow hazard. He has been through A LOT OF TOYS in the last couple years, but nothing, NOTHING has he loved as much as these.
His favorite used to be squeaker balls. Then his favorite was crackle balls. But he will gladly ignore both for this one. I don't know if it's the bacon flavor or what, but he go nuts for it.

What is there to say? they're giant 4" rubber balls from the Chew King brand which is very durable brand. The best part is they don't roll under couches, side boards, etc cause they're just big enough.

Tough Dog Balls. Bright Orange/holes for treats

I used to buy Starmark. But their balls got smaller and tore more easily. The color was green. I couldn’t find it when it was dropped in the grass!! Soooooo, I took a chance on this cuz it had holes in it and was bright orange. It is not scented at all or its bacon scent faded. The ball is for strong chewers. I’m a petsitter and I needed tough balls for my clients dog. Shipped quickly. Good price. Exactly as described
