Well hopefully this will be the one that takes it home for all of you heat seekers out there because my goal is to go hotter than I ever have before while still delivering you incredible flavor…introducing The Flamethrower!!! 

This sauce is a special blend of the super hot peppers including Carolina Reapers, Scorpions, Trinidads, and Dragon’s Breath. Like I mentioned, although this is the hottest sauce I make my main focus will always be about flavor (I learned to cook from my Italian momma after all!) so this sauce was designed to push the spicy envelope without skimming on the deliciousness factor. I don’t think you’ll ever find a Joey’s Hot Sauce so spicy that you have to eat it with a toothpick but this is me letting all you hotheads out there know—you’ve been heard ;) Eat at your own risk and ENJOY!
