In the wake of the night" is premium class atmospheric black metal. The spheric synths are very orchestral and far away from nowadays synth-pop black metal with it's dumb "ding dong ding" sounds. Though differing in dynamic and pace all epic tracks are characterized by majestic melancholy. Sometimes I think at Summoning or Sear Bliss, but these references are not too dominant.
