It is made on heavy weight 5 8 inch wide nylon. It comes with a plastic buckle, plastic slide and metal D ring. I have this made and ready to go in 13 17. As always, if you need a collar outside those measurements, just make a note of it as you are checking out and I'd be happy to get it made for you! I also have this in 1 2 inch width
